When you receive the credit reports in the mail, you simply fax or email them into our office. If you sign up with any of our competitors, first you would have to order your own credit reports. It normally takes the credit bureaus 6 to 8 days to send them to you. You will then need to mail the credit reports to them losing another few days. They will then upload your credit reports into their generic computer system and send you an email explaining to you how to log into their generic system to begin doing your own work. Their computer then sends out generic dispute letters using your information. Some of our competitors even have you print out and mail the letters yourself. If everything goes right and you do your part of the job right away, the first investigations on your behalf will be started about 14 days after you signed up.
